Kinesiology
Functional Movement and Exercise Therapy for Rehabilitation, Recovery, and Performance
About Kinesiology
Kinesiology is the clinical application of movement science, combining anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise physiology to support rehabilitation, injury and illness prevention, and overall health. In our clinics, kinesiology sessions are guided by trained kinesiologists with registration in the BC Association of Kinesiology. They use targeted exercise prescription to help you move better, reduce pain, and build long-term resilience.
Sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals, and can take place in a gym-based setting or in the pool for aquatic therapy, depending on your condition, comfort, and mobility level.
Who It's For
Kinesiology is beneficial for people of all ages and activity levels. Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition, preparing for childbirth, or simply looking to improve your physical function, a kinesiology-based approach can support your recovery and long-term health goals.
